Why OMSfitness In-Home Training?

With OMSfitness in-home training I will come to you! As long as you are in the Raleigh/Durham area I will train you in your home, private gym or any other facility.

 

*commercial gyms do not allow outside trainers so all in-person sessions will need to take place in a home gym or a private facility.

Who is it for?

  • You are new to training and need a more hands on approach
  • You are an intermediate/advanced lifter but prefer to work in person with a trainer
  • You want your trainer to come to you
  • You want in person accountability and motivation
  • You want a 100% customized training plan

Why is there a 3 month minimum with online training packages?

Training is not a quick fix. It takes time and dedication to create lasting change. In my experience working with clients, 3 months is a realistic time frame for you to see substantial progress. But remember, YOU have to put in the work in order to succeed.

Do I need a gym membership?

If you have access to a gym great! But if not, I will design a program for you utilizing whatever equipment you have available. If you have no equipment I will happily suggest some affordable options.

How long are the training sessions in the program

Each training session will be 1 hour long.

Will you write a training plan for when I go to the gym by myself?

Absolutely! I am a firm believer in structured training plans. Everyone one of my
clients will receive a customized plan for each training month.

Will I be doing the same exercises every month?

Absolutely not! Variation is important and each month the plan will be changed to
make sure progress is steady.
