I am a certified personal trainer/nutrition coach and founder of OMSfitness. I have helped countless people to lose fat, gain muscle and become the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally. I focus on long term success with my clients by helping them implement healthy lifestyle habits. When it comes to training, I do not believe in a one – size fits all approach. Everyone is different and has unique needs. I pride myself in really getting to know my clients and I take time to design 100% customized programs to help you meet YOUR goals.
