Begin your fitness journey by filling out the OMSfitness training application so that I can learn more about you, your goals and your training history.
Step 2
After completing the application I will reach out to you in 24-48 hours to discuss your goals, exercise history, available equipment and which training package is best for you.
Step 3
If choosing ONLINE or HYBRID training you will be emailed a welcome packet that will explain the training process as well as walk you through setting up your mobile training app.
Step 4
Once you have finished setting up your app give me 24-48 hours to finish writing your program and you will be ready to start your transformation journey!
